About the role

Our client is a leading consulting and technology advisory firm supporting organizations in transforming their finance and enterprise processes through SAP solutions. The SAP consulting team advises clients from strategy through to implementation, helping them unlock business value by designing, building and integrating modern SAP landscapes.

You will join an experienced SAP consulting team that delivers business-focused transformation programmes. The environment is collaborative, international and driven by innovation, combining deep process expertise with modern technology. The team works closely with leading technology partners to help clients achieve sustainable improvements across their organizations.

With a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, the team supports complex transformation initiatives across finance, controlling and enterprise platforms, leveraging innovative technologies such as automation, analytics and intelligent applications.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Contribute to complex SAP transformation projects with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, both in Switzerland and internationally

  • Support clients throughout the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design to go-live and stabilization

  • Take responsibility for sub-project leadership within large-scale SAP implementations

  • Design, configure and enhance SAP standard solutions in the finance and controlling domain

  • Develop customer-specific applications and ensure seamless integration with existing IT environments

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, business-driven solutions

Your profile

 

  • University degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA or PhD) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

  • Solid understanding of business processes and proven experience in process optimization within finance and controlling

  • In-depth expertise in at least one SAP Finance-related module (e.g. FI, CO, TRM, Analytics, consolidation solutions), including configuration and transactional knowledge

  • Several years of consulting experience in SAP Finance and Controlling with a strong grasp of financial accounting and controlling principles

  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Controlling / Product Costing

    • Financial Supply Chain Management (e.g. Treasury, Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Cash)

    • Financial Accounting and Material Ledger integration

    • SAP S/4HANA

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Fluency in English and either German or French

  • Willingness to travel within Europe as required
